More About Me

I guide clients to make informed real estate decisions, especially when the stakes are high and every choice matters.

Prior to my career in real estate, I spent more than thirty years in the restaurant industy, including sixteen years as a general manager and twelve years as the owner of three restaurants. These roles demanded decisive leadership, sound financial judgment, and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes in dynamic, high-pressure settings.

In real estate, my role isn’t to sell-it’s to advise. I prioritize slowing down the process when necessary, presenting options and their trade-offs clearly, and identifying potential issues early on so clients are never caught off guard.

My reputation is built on being responsive, detail-oriented, and honest—even if that means recommending someone to wait or reconsider. I work closely with experienced lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure every aspect of your transaction is managed with care.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to help you make decisions you’ll feel confident about well after your real estate transaction is complete.
